Your day-to-day responsibilities
Warmly welcome customers and direct them according to their needs
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Process payments and issue receipts
Ensure the reception area runs smoothly and maintain the dealership’s appearance
Collaborate with the sales and after-sales service teams
Perform all other related tasks
Qualifications
Experience in reception or customer service (ideally in the automotive industry)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Proficiency with computer tools
Availability in the afternoons and evenings
