CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist who loves interacting with people and wants to make a difference in every interaction!
Your day-to-day with us
Prepare customer files and ensure everything is ready for delivery
Confirming appointments and ensuring impeccable follow-up
Delivering vehicles (new and used) and explaining all features and technologies
Introducing the after-sales service department and scheduling the first service appointment
Following up on financial products and accessories
Answering customer questions and ensuring they leave 100% satisfied
Handle vehicle registration with the SAAQ and collect final fees
Follow up on customer satisfaction after delivery
What we’re looking for
Someone passionate about customer service
Enjoy building genuine connections with customers, both over the phone and in person
Be organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
Want to join a young, dynamic, and motivated team

Annual salary of $60,000 and up, including bonuses
