Job Description:
Respond to inquiries and assist potential and existing customers from our various websites with their shopping experience;
Schedule appointments for the sales teams by communicating with customers via email, phone, and text message;
Answer incoming calls;
Meet quality and performance standards for customer contact management and follow-up;
Perform other related tasks as needed

Requirements:
Customer service experience (essential);
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with various computer and telephone systems; (es(Essential)
