Job Description: Primary Health Care Clinical Integration Specialists are responsible for performing various functions within the Primary Health Care portfolio. Clinical Integration (CI) Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Primary Health portfolio. They will demonstrate systems thinking, knowledge and experience with innovative approaches of change and project management to support an environment of continuous quality improvement within a matrix structure. They will demonstrate knowledge and experience of clinical best practices and support innovative approaches in the delivery of clinical services. The Specialist is responsible for implementing Primary Health Care projects that connect to the goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Experience
- Experience developing and leading planning and programs in complex environment
- 3-5 years' recognized experience in a complex health care environment
- Experience as a leader who has developed and led innovative planning
Education
- Health Care Administration diploma
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
