- $44.093 to $53.916 (5 step range)

Under the direction of the Manager and the Psychologist - PhD - Senior, the Psychologist - Masters is responsible for the psychological services for their clients within the program. The incumbent will also provide clinical services for clients of the Kinetik Rehabilitation program. This will encompass psychological and vocational assessment and treatment services provided within a multidisciplinary team.
Job QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Registration with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists as a full-practicing member with an Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE) which includes Supervised training in assessment, differential diagnosis and intervention with clients and residents of all ages exhibiting mental health issues, mental disorders, dementia and addiction issues.
Experience
Experience working within a multidisciplinary treatment program is an asset.

- Ability to perform the functions of the position, after orientation.
- Ability to provide coverage in clinical areas relevant to the position.
- Advanced ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations in clinical areas relevant to the position.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and Psychologist practices (e.g. assessment/charting).
- Demonstrated organizational skills in the workplace and the ability to determine clear priorities.
- Knowledge of First Nations and Metis History in Saskatchewan along with an understanding of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
- Productive interpersonal, team building and role-modelling skills.
- Willingness to adapt to new concepts, techniques and best practices in the academic and clinical fields of social work and health care.
