Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, the Pharmacist Pharm D- Degree Senior is committed to the integration of knowledge and skill in the provision of quality client-focused pharmacy services. The incumbent is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and leading clinical pharmacy activities and services that support the safe, effective and appropriate use of pharmacotherapy. This includes home care and community based services

  • Two years hospital pharmacy experience

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP)

Licenses

  • CPRB certification from an accredited Pharmacy Residency Prgram is an asset
