    Job Description: The Clinical Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager, is primarily accountable for the system navigation and coordination of patient flow on the nursing unit. This is achieved by the Coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling.

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
    Licenses
    • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
    • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
    Other Education and Training

    • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
