Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Coordinator, Primary Care Innovation Program (PCIP) to join our growing team!
The Coordinator, PCIP is responsible for managing the funding disbursement process with participating clinics. This includes drafting and updating disbursement agreements, ensuring financial payments to clinics are accurate and on time, validating funded activities (e.g., staff hires, equipment purchases) align with program approvals, and preparing regular reports for monitoring and audit purposes. The position is accountable in ensuring compliance and accuracy, which requires attention to detail, comfort with contracts, and strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
This position is based on-site at our office in Saskatoon, SK, with a voluntary hybrid work option allowing remote work from home up to 2 out of 5 days per week subject to approval under our Hybrid Work Arrangement policy.

Education
- Post-secondary education in business administration, public administration, health administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of related education and experience).
Other Education and Training
- Experience in program coordination, contract administration, or financial tracking.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel) for financial tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, legal counsel, and committee members.
- Knowledge of healthcare funding or grant administration considered an asset.
