Job Description: The Digital Health Business Partner is responsible for performing key functions within the Digital Health Portfolio.

The Business Partner demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Business Partner must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience integrated planning with IT and business environments
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience leading digital transformation projects

Education

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Information Technology
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
  • Or a related Health Sciences field

Other Education & Training

  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Knowledge in LEAN management system
  • Ability to integrate clinical knowledge and experience into clinical practice
