Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Provincial Acute Care of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Provincial Acute Care portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the Senior Leadership Team, and their support staff, to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administrative support staff in the Executive Office and at the Executive Director level and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.

Education:

  • Completion of Grade XII supplemented by a recognized business course

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
