Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing confidential secretarial and administrative support within the Administrative Office at Parkridge Centre. The incumbent plays a vital role in maintaining the professional image of the facility by communicating effectively within the organization and with external stakeholders/partners and by providing a high level of administrative support to the Manager, Resident Care Services/Site Leader, Medical Director/LTC Division Head and other Managers within the facility. The Administrative Assistant will manage sensitive and confidential material, therefore must exhibit sound and accurate judgment. The incumbent will be responsible to prepare agendas, take minutes and complete reports for assigned committees. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions while managing multiple tasks and time constraints.

Education
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course
