Our client is a growing construction company known for delivering quality projects and exceptional service. They are seeking a proactive and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will report to the General Manager supporting their day-to-day operations by managing a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and provide professional customer service.
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic files.
  • Prepare and send invoices; assist with light accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and document preparation as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating deliveries, and tracking project-related documents.
  • Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as required.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative needs as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional office environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities-no two days will be the same.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with CrewTracks, QuickBooks, and/or SiteDocs.
