Description
The Systems Administrator 1 supports day to day operations of our key infrastructure components and facilities such as; servers, desktops, core business applications, computer room and test lab. This role liaises with the Customer Support team.
1. Post Secondary Education in Computer Science or equivalent
2. 1-3 years experience in Information Technology
3. Knowledge of PC's, networks, servers and Microsoft environment
4. Good understanding of project methodology and Microsoft Project
5. Current experience in server management preferred.
6. Good planning, analytical and interpretative skills
7. Strong troubleshooting skills
8. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products skills
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
10. Experience in a Health Care facility preferred
11. Current MCP Certification preferred
12. ITIL certification Preferred.
