Halton Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team for the fall. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, support various departments, and contribute to the overall patient and staff experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the ICT Team in rolling out Windows 11 workstations
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document organization
- Engage with special projects as requested, including project co-ordination and research
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
- Must be a current student enrolled in a post-secondary Information Technology program (or a related field) that includes a co-op or placement component as part of the curriculum.
- Interest in technology including operations, networking or cybersecurity
- Comfort with Microsoft applications is required
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different tasks
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Positions available: 2 (two) positions
Status: Temporary Full-time (Approx. 3 months) September - December 2025 - Fall Term
Hours: Monday to Friday; 7.5 day shifts(Hours are subject to change based on operational requirements)
Salary: $21.330 per hour
