Our client, a well-known retailer, is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team!

Full-time. Permanent.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer requests and questions;
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate people;
  • Conduct research to help customers resolve their issues;
  • Manage returns and exchanges;
  • Order and receive office supplies;
  • Perform all other related duties.
Profile :
  • Work experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of an ERP system;
  • Computer savvy;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with English-speaking clients 50% of the time).
