THE POSITION HOLDER HAS THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as an ambassador for the company and promote organizational values;

  • Serve as a representative of Fournier by managing client contacts throughout the on-site project execution;

  • Develop the project execution plan (activities, priorities, and schedules);

  • Coordinate and monitor all on-site activities (design, manufacturing, installation) to deliver the project according to client requirements;

  • Meet established schedules and budgets, avoiding cost overruns;

  • Keep project schedules up to date in alignment with overall and departmental planning;

  • Produce project timelines in collaboration with various stakeholders (superintendents, foremen, engineers);

  • Issue purchase requisitions related to projects;

  • Plan and lead project kickoff meetings, coordination meetings, and final post-mortem reviews;

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requested skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant field;

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Experience managing large-scale projects;

  • Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and specifications;

  • Proficient with common computer tools and Microsoft Office;

  • Autonomous, thorough, and detail-oriented;

  • Motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven;

  • Excellent communication, priority management, and organizational skills;
