Team Leader (Evening Shift) - Manufacturing

In the role of Team Leader in manufacturin on the evening shift  you will be responsible for leading the control panel assembly team, ensuring its efficient operation and overseeing the successful delivery of all assigned projects. More precisely, you will have to :
 
  • Provide support to assemblers in wiring electrical control panels;
  • Coordinate work according to the production schedule;
  • Onboard, train, and supervise team members;
  • Recommend and implement improvements to maintain quality standards and enhance production efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with budgeted hours based on project progress and conformity under your supervision;
  • Guarantee the availability of all necessary resources (human and material);
  • Document and inform project managers of any situations related to manufacturing projects;
  • Support the Quality Assurance department by consistently following established procedures;
  • Keep the fabrication workshop manager informed of production progress and any obstacles encountered;
  • Update data in the inventory system;
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area;
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

  • Hold a vocational diploma in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or any other relevant training;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team leader;
  • Minimum of 5 years as an assembler/wireman or any other relevant experience;
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics;
  • Exhibit strong motivating leadership capabilities;
  • Balance autonomy and initiative with team alignment, ensuring smooth operations and shared success;
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation abilities;
  • Uphold attention to details approach;
  • Display interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Manage diligently priorities.
  • Display proficiency in personnel management.
