Reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor, the incumbent will act as an advisor to HR business partners, contributing significantly to the achievement of their objectives. They will be actively involved in deploying innovative attraction and recruitment strategies to identify top talent in the aerospace industry. The role will support the needs of the four Centres of Excellence located in Blainville, Montréal, Saint‑Bruno, and Saint‑Eustache. The position will be based in Saint‑Bruno or Montréal, with occasional travel required.
Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with HR business partners throughout the full talent acquisition cycle; promote the employer brand during recruitment.
- Develop recruitment strategies tailored to the organization.
- Propose proactive, innovative ideas for attraction and selection, including talent sourcing to build candidate pipelines and fill vacancies efficiently.
- Play a key role in attracting top candidates.
- Analyze recruitment needs and update job descriptions with managers.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and increase the organization’s visibility on the job market.
- Post job openings on electronic platforms and social media.
- Participate in coordinating various recruitment activities (job fairs, school events, etc.).
- Source candidates on social media and other platforms.
- In collaboration with managers and HR business partners: conduct pre-screening, phone interviews, in-person interviews as needed, and coordinate assessments and other pre-selection steps.
- Participate in the creation and updates of performance indicator tracking reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments on special projects or ad hoc assignments.
- Carry out any other special recruitment projects or related tasks.
- Stay up to date with new recruitment trends.
- Design visuals for social media, contribute to strategy development, and help strengthen the employer brand.
Employee Experience Component
- Evaluate and update existing programs.
- Implement innovative strategies related to internal communications, electronic platforms, and talent retention.
- Assist in developing the candidate experience and new attraction strategies alongside HR business partners.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s employer brand.
- Develop a program focused on enhancing the employee experience within the organization.
- Train and coach managers on new trends in retention and internal communications.
Job Requirements Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a DEC in a related field with equivalent experience.
- Membership in the CRHA Order (an asset).
Technical Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and web-based recruitment tools.

- Excellent understanding of best practices in attraction, selection, onboarding, and talent integration.
