Position Purpose

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Capital and Outreach, the HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to all internal clients (managers and employees), contributing significantly to achieving business objectives while strengthening HR expertise across the organization. The HRBP serves as an agent of change and influence and acts as an ambassador of the organizational culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide both operational and strategic support to internal clients in all HR service activities: talent acquisition, performance management, training, workforce planning, labor relations, change management, and organizational development.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and position the HR function as a key business partner and value-added service provider by integrating best practices and necessary tools.
  • Translate clients’ business challenges into concrete HR interventions in the field.
  • Research and recommend solutions to issues related to organizational climate, employee engagement, and team building.
  • Advise and coach managers regarding HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with various teams to ensure a work environment that aligns with organizational values and culture.
  • Support managers in selecting appropriate solutions and identifying strategies required for successful implementation.
Job Requirements Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Member of the CRHA Order (an asset)
Technical Skills
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources management (HR Business Partner, generalist, or advisory role)
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (an asset)
