About the Role:

As a Technical Product Analyst, you will be a key member of our IT team,working closely with business stakeholders, customers, and our eCommerce platform vendor. You will be responsible for systems design, functional and technical specifications, QA and release deployment, and developing training programs for the platform. Your role will also involve providing advanced technical support for eCommerce platform-related issues and identifying innovative features for future releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert in the eComm platform and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on planning, defining requirements, systems design, and deployment tasks
• Work with customers, sales account managers and other stakeholders to understand desired functionality and features. Design, document, and wireframe solutions, and collaborate with engineering resources during build and QA phases
• Provide advanced technical support for eCommerce platform-related issues
• Understand the external landscape of B2B and B2C eCommerce to identify and document innovative features and functionality for future releases

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary certificate in Computer Science, IT, System Design, or Engineering background preferred but not essential.
• 5+ years of experience in deployment, configuration, and migration of eCommerce platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon Business, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life through visioning and UX design
• Technical competencies in requirements gathering and documentation, systems design, SQL, and wireframe design
• English language proficiency required; French is an asset.

Salary Range: 

• $85K-$100K

Where will I work?
Our head-office is in Vaughan, ON. We work from the office at least 3 days per week. Always Tues and Thurs.
