YOUR MISSION AT THE HEART OF INNOVATIONThe advisory analyst acts as a consultant to clients, sales teams, and project teams to establish the best use of GIRO products in a given context, particularly for optimization and artificial intelligence algorithms. They evaluate and recommend solutions to meet client needs while respecting the client's objectives and business rules.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERT SERVICES:
- Assist clients in their planning process to improve their use of the software and optimization tools.
- Help clients model a new operational reality and configure optimization tools to account for it.
PROJECT TEAM SUPPORT:
- Support project teams in their mandates using optimization tools.
- Execute project mandates, particularly algorithm calibration or advanced client training.
- Participate in estimating the effort required and timelines for the work to be performed.
SALES TEAM SUPPORT:
- Support certain commercial initiatives, notably by customizing a software demonstration with data specific to the targeted client.
- Reproduce and analyze the current situation of a potential client and calibrate the algorithms to produce and present solutions demonstrating gains as part of a proof of concept.
- Assist in drafting business proposals, participate in the promotion and sale of GIRO products and services through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
CONTRIBUTION TO PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
- Communicate opportunities for new developments requested by clients or deemed of interest following an intervention.
- Participate in needs analyses, development meetings, and the roadmap exercise to accurately represent needs.
- Participate in client visits, conduct demonstrations and functional presentations, particularly for clients with whom developments are being considered.
- Education in transportation, operations research, artificial intelligence, engineering, or any other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in French and English for frequent communications with clients in both languages.
- Proficiency in Spanish or German (an asset).
- Availability and interest in occasional international travel.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, especially in a customer service context.
- Ability to work in ambiguity, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
