Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a wealth management client base

  • Analyze client financial needs and objectives

  • Build personalized investment and planning strategies

  • Ensure ongoing follow-up, reviews, and tax optimization

  • Actively contribute to the team’s growth

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who aims for the top - not comfort.

  • High school diploma required. Advancement opportunities depend on post-secondary education, performance, and ambition.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Growth mindset, discipline, ambition, and team spirit

  • Bilingual (FR/EN) — strong asset

  • Willingness to complete required studies and certifications within the first year

What You Will Become

Compensation (Realistic & Transparent)

High performers:

  • Year 1: $50,000 to $120,000

  • Years 2-3: $120,000 to $250,000+

  • Year 4+: $250,000 to $500,000+
