FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for specialists in operational excellence at the senior level motivated to deliver on mandates for its clients in the cosmetics sector. The mandate is to drive continuous improvement at cosmetic sites through Lean and Six Sigma methods and to analyze OEE and changeovers, lead Kaizen events, reduce losses and sustain gains. The senior scope is further to define the site continuous improvement roadmap and to mentor intermediate consultants and train internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess line performance and identify losses.
- Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and SMED (quick changeover) methods.
- Lead Kaizen events and daily management routines.
- Analyze OEE, yields and changeover times.
- Reduce costs, lead times and rejects.
- Train and coach teams.
- Sustain gains and the continuous improvement culture.
- Define the site continuous improvement roadmap.
- Mentor intermediate consultants and train internal teams.
- Report gains to management and secure the benefits
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, automation, electrical), operations management, or any other related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of industry experience.
- Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Specialist in Operational Excellence.
- Sector standards: ISO 22716, Cosmetic Regulations (Health Canada), FDA MoCRA, ISO 9001.
- Tools and systems: MS Office suite, Minitab, Power BI, SAP, MS Project.
- Hold one of the following certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen.
- The following are considered assets: Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, TPM.
- Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
- Language: French and English
