FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for a Scrum Master motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to facilitate Scrum rituals and remove impediments in order to maximize team effectiveness; coach the team, the Product Owner and the organization on Agile practices; foster self-organization and continuous improvement; and manage dependencies and the transparency of progress with stakeholders.
- Support teams in adopting Agile practices.
- Facilitate rituals, workshops and collaboration dynamics.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and delivery teams.
- Observe ways of working and identify blockers.
- Propose concrete improvements suited to the context.
- Foster team self-organization and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement and the Agile culture within the organization.

- Facilitate Scrum rituals: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.
- Coach the team, the Product Owner and the organization on Agile practices.
- Support product backlog management and the clarity of items to be delivered.
- Foster self-organization, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Track team indicators (velocity, burndown, flow) and make progress visible.
- Manage dependencies with other teams and facilitate exchanges with stakeholders.
