Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Delivery Coordinators motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to coordinate solution delivery across teams, plan and track deployment windows, manage dependencies and blockers, prepare releases and communicate progress to stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate solution delivery between the development and operations teams.
Plan and track the delivery calendar and deployment windows.
Manage dependencies, blockers and priorities across teams.
Prepare releases: exit criteria, rollback plans and communications.
Track delivery indicators and release quality.
Facilitate coordination and release readiness meetings.
Document delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Delivery Coordinator.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, ITIL.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
Hold one of the following certifications: ITIL 4 Managing Professional, A-CSM, PSM II, SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master etc.
Experience coordinating releases (an asset).
Experience in large Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
