Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Clinical Project Managers (Research) at the intermediate level motivated to deliver on mandates for its clients in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sector. The mandate is to plan and lead clinical research projects while controlling scope, budget and schedule and to coordinate teams and partners, manage risks and contracts, and ensure compliance with GCP and ethical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and manage clinical research projects: scope, schedule, budget and resources.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, academic partners and suppliers.
Oversee protocol preparation and ethics approvals.
Manage risks, contracts and collaboration agreements.
Track progress, deliverables and data quality.
Produce reporting for sponsors and funding bodies.
Ensure compliance with GCP and ethics policies (TCPS 2).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's or master's degree in a discipline relevant to the mandate.
Five (05) to ten (10) years of industry experience.
Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager (Research).
Sector standards: GMP (Health Canada), FDA 21 CFR 210-211, ICH Q7 to Q10, GAMP 5, ISO 9001.
Tools and systems: MS Office suite, Medidata Rave, Veeva CTMS, REDCap, eTMF.
Hold one of the following certifications: GCP (ICH E6), ACRP CCRC, SOCRA CCRP.
The following are considered assets: PMP, ACRP CCRA, biostatistics training.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
