Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Business Project Managers motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to lead business transformation projects, frame the needs and expected benefits, coordinate business stakeholders and IT teams, manage the schedule, the budget and change management, and ensure the expected benefits are realized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Frame business needs, objectives and expected benefits.
Plan the schedule, the budget and both business and IT resources.
Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors.
Manage risks, changes and interdependencies between processes.
Track progress, costs and the achievement of expected benefits.
Lead change management, training and user adoption.
Communicate with stakeholders and produce reporting.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Five (05) to ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as a Business Project Manager.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, PRINCE2, SAFe, Nexus.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
Hold one of the following certifications: PRINCE 2 Practionner, PMP, PMI-ACP
Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master etc.
Experience in change management (PROSCI/ADKAR) (an asset).
Experience in large Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
