Your Responsibilities

Manage the purchasing of raw materials and components to support production and meet demand.

Follow up on orders with suppliers, confirm deliveries, and adjust priorities as needed.

Analyze management parameters (safety stock, lot size, lead times, etc.) to optimize inventory levels.

Negotiate the best purchasing conditions while respecting internal specifications and procurement policies.

Collaborate in resolving issues related to invoicing, returns, or supply chain challenges.

Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.

Communicate possible delivery impacts to relevant teams to maintain a high level of service.

Keep SAP data up to date and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Operations/Supply Chain, or any related field

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company

Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Proficiency with an ERP system; knowledge of SAP is an asset

Proficiency in French and English*
*Proficiency in English is essential to facilitate communication with international clients and partners, and to actively participate in global projects.
