I am currently recruiting for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team.

Your Role :
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and reliability of production equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on manufacturing lines;
Complete equipment setups and changeovers as required;
Disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble mechanical components;
Replace worn or defective parts;
Contribute to reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability;
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations;
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
Working Conditions
Permanent full-time position;
Day shift schedule;
Salary between $25/hour and $35/hour based on experience;
Stable manufacturing environment;
Training provided on equipment and internal processes;

DEP in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance or related field;
Experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment;
Interest in automated equipment and production systems;
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills;
Pneumatic systems knowledge is considered an asset;
Self-motivated, reliable and team-oriented;
Experience in pharmaceutical, food processing or manufacturing environments is an asset.
