I’m Simon Mathé, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, supporting a growing manufacturing company in the recycling sector.
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to structure and strengthen the maintenance function.
Reporting to operations, you will lead and organize the maintenance department.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise a team of 4-5 maintenance technicians
Implement a structured preventive maintenance program
Drive ERP/CMMS usage (work orders, tracking, data)
Analyze downtime and implement long-term solutions
Plan and prioritize maintenance activities
Improve equipment reliability
Establish standards and best practices
Work closely with production teams
Your Profile
Experience in industrial maintenance supervision
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
Ability to structure and develop a team
Solid technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
Experience with ERP or CMMS systems
French required
Asset:
Class C license or willingness to obtain it
Working Conditions
Salary: $70,000 to $95,000 (depending on experience)
Potential bonus (~5%)
