My name is Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Advisor at FED ManuTech, specialized in engineering and manufacturing roles. I'm currently looking for an Installation Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer in industrial automation and technology solutions.
This position plays a key role in overseeing installation projects across Quebec while managing and supporting a team of field technicians.
Your Role
* Plan, coordinate and oversee equipment installation projects, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise and motivate the installation team, manage schedules, and promote skills development.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (projects, engineering, service, logistics) to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication.
* Track project progress through detailed planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
* Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
* Support change management and foster a proactive, innovative team culture.
Your Profile
* Degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience supervising or managing technical installation teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Strong understanding of installation processes, blueprint reading, and basic automation.
* Skilled in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, advanced Excel).
* Proven leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication.
* Fluent in French with intermediate English proficiency.
* Solid understanding of industrial safety practices.
Working Conditions
* Hybrid position: 3 days remote / 2 days at the office as needed.
* Flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule (installation team operates Tuesday to Friday).
* Frequent travel within the province of Quebec.
