Your Role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, the Electromechanical Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering successful onsite technology installations. You'll lead a technical team, ensure project timelines are met, and drive departmental performance.
Your responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate equipment installations in line with quality standards and deadlines
* Oversee project execution: data collection, scheduling, deliverables tracking, progress reporting
* Supervise and engage the technical team (electromechanics), encourage performance and skills development
* Maintain clear communication with clients and internal departments
* Contribute to continuous improvement of installation processes
* Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
* Enforce health and safety standards in all operations
* Support change management and team adaptation to new procedures
Your Profile
* Degree in electromechanics, mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance
* At least 5 years of experience supervising field technical teams
* Strong expertise in mechanics, electrical systems and PLCs
* Skilled in diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance
* Good understanding of industrial safety regulations
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong leadership, organizational and planning abilities
* Customer-oriented and professional relationship builder
* Intermediate English (spoken and written) is required
Working Conditions
* Salary starting at $80,000 depending on experience + annual bonus
