Field Service Technician - North Shore Introduction

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will be a key technical resource for customers, providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
This role offers hands-on work, autonomy, and variety in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing compressors, dryers, and related industrial equipment at customer sites
- Responding to service calls, including emergency situations
- Assembling and commissioning compressed air systems
- Acting as a technical advisor to existing customers
- Promoting service solutions to potential clients
- Managing parts returns and related documentation
- Participating in on-call service rotation outside regular working hours
- Performing any other related technical duties

Your profile

- DEP in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (Quebec) or Millwright certification (Canada)
- Valid ASP Construction card (Quebec)
- Red Seal certification considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of relevant industrial experience
- Strong mechanical skills with basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- General computer literacy
- Experience with compressed air systems is a strong asset
- Piping knowledge is a plus
- Functional bilingualism (French and English)
- Strong customer service mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Own tool set required
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada
