I’m Simon Mathé, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, currently supporting a manufacturing company specialized in recycling and material processing.
We are looking for an Optimization & Automation Engineer to play a key role in modernizing and improving industrial operations.
Reporting to the operations leadership team, you will drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Your main responsibilities:
Analyze current processes and identify optimization opportunities
Design and implement automation solutions
Improve production flow efficiency and reduce operational costs
Lead technical projects from concept to implementation
Work closely with production and maintenance teams
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
Support equipment and technology selection
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related field)
OIQ membership is an asset
Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
Hands-on, field-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Project management capabilities
Intermediate to advanced English
Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, EPLAN or similar)
Working Conditions
Salary : 90 000$ à 110 000$
Bonus up to 10%

On-site role with strong field presence
