You will oversee the sustainability of the technology infrastructure, server administration, user support, and best practice dissemination.
You will manage the IT team, coordinate deployment projects, handle procurement and inventory, and monitor performance.
You will contribute to aligning service operations with business needs and intervene on complex issues.
* Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
* 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of MsWindows, MsOffice and enterprise technologies (VPN, Citrix, AD, Exchange)
* Natural leadership, excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to motivate a team and manage priorities under pressure
* Familiarity with ITIL best practices (asset)
* Bilingual FR/EN
