Reporting to the IT Director, you will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Your responsibilities:
Plan and manage IT projects within timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
Prioritize IT projects and requests based on resources and organizational goals.
Document project scope, objectives, and expected benefits.
Lead project meetings and ensure alignment.
Gather and clarify business requirements.
Implement governance and best practices for project management.
Track KPIs and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
Develop training and deployment strategies for solutions.
University degree in IT, project management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification (asset).
Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage a portfolio of projects.
Familiarity with tools like Project, Azure DevOps, Planner.
