IT Director

We are seeking a Director of Information Technology for a leading organization in the specialized operations sector. The role is set within a large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiative, supported by significant upcoming technology investments.

Reporting to the financial leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in managing, evolving, and modernizing the organization’s information technology ecosystem. Your scope will cover strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, including team leadership, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, data governance, business systems, and the digital project portfolio. You will serve as a digital transformation leader, driving continuous improvement and major technological initiatives.

• A positive, hands-on leader capable of operating at strategic, tactical, and technical levels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects in transforming environments.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in budgeting and technology resource management.
• Experience in business process optimization and IT governance.
• At least 15 years of IT management experience, including team supervision and leadership of major projects.
• University degree in IT, computer science, or a related field [to be validated with the client].
• Bilingual proficiency (English-French) preferred.
