I'm looking for a real estate expert accountant for a construction company in Laval.
Your tasks will be to:
Manage property-related accounts: revenues, expenses and leases
-Perform bank reconciliations and support the preparation of monthly financial reports
Oversee invoicing and payment follow-up
-Collaborate with management teams to optimize financial results
Analyze financial data and contribute to strategic decision-making
Your profile:
-Proficiency in Hopem software (an asset)
-Experience in real estate
-Proficiency in Excel
-Autonomy and attention to detail
