YARDI Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced YARDI Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of our YARDI platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YARDI Voyager Modules (especially Property Management, Construction, rent Café etc.) .

• Ideal candidate will be responsible for transitioning our accounting data from our current accounting system to Yardi Voyager.
• Set up and implement the necessary Voyager modules
• Administer and support YARDI Voyager and related modules (e.g., CRM, PAYscan, Resident/Owner Portals).
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify business needs and customize solutions within YARDI.
• Focuses on the RENTCafe platform, optimizing its use for online leasing and resident portals.
• Focuses on implementing and managing financial aspects of Yardi for new property management ventures.
• Manage user setup, security permissions, workflows, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with YARDI support as needed.
• Create and maintain custom reports using SQL, YARDI reports, or third-party tools.
• Train and support end-users on best practices and system features.
• Lead or support YARDI upgrades, patch testing, and new module implementations.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Full comprehension of Yardi Voyager and ancillary modules and, being able to extract financial data and ability to fully configure or advise on configuration from a client’s system
• Ability to take on specific duties in an implementation, such as setting up new properties, recovery calculations, including full understanding of recovery calculations and their configuration.
• Responsible for completion of implementation tasks, participation in PM meetings and be able to translate business requirements into actionable configuration points
• Ad Hoc duties/ reconciliations as required by client to assist in implementation or system assessments
• Understand full cycle accounting within the Real Estate industry and be able to comprehend acquisition/ disposition transactions and property management techniques
