I am looking for a payroll specialist for a company located in Saint-Eustache in the manufacturing sector.
Your tasks will be to:
- Produce the complete payroll cycle
- Ensure the complete and rigorous processing of payroll for management employees.
- Act as a point of contact for any questions or situations relating to the payroll of unionised employees.
- Generate various payroll-related reports within the required deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, collective agreements and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the payroll process.
- Actively participate in the optimisation and efficiency of payroll-related tools and methods.
- Other related tasks
What we are looking for:
- A DEC or BAC in accounting or administration
- A sense of service to employees
- Bilingualism in French and English in order to discuss with colleagues from other provinces.
What we offer:
- A salary between 70k and 100k
- Full insurance, most of which is paid for by the employer
- An RRSP contribution from the employer with no need to contribute
- Start with a minimum of 4 weeks holiday
