Job summary
An international company in the aerospace sector is looking for a Payroll and HR Administration Technician to support payroll operations in Canada, the USA and internationally. This versatile role involves managing payroll data, processing payments and adjustments, as well as providing administrative support to HR activities.

Main responsibilities
Assist the payroll team in the preparation of payroll for employees located in Canada, the United States and internationally.
Verify accuracy of payroll data: benefits forms, expense reimbursements, deductions.
Process regular and special payments: bonuses, vacations, allowances, increases, retroactions, commissions, adjustments.
Calculate and reconcile vacation, compensation and sick leave banks.
Maintain payroll and benefits files and documents in compliance with legal and audit requirements.
Enter hires, rehires, terminations and changes to employee records (address, taxes, bank account, benefits).
Generate and process Records of Employment, tax forms, remittances and cheque requisitions.
Performs various HR administrative tasks: calls to candidates, scheduling interviews, drafting offers and letters.

Profile required
Skills and qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in payroll and accounting.
Excellent analytical, planning and execution skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ADP software (asset).
Bilingualism required (French and English, oral and written).
Open to occasional travel to different sites.
