Je m’appelle Caroline et je suis consultante en recrutement et en développement commercial chez Fed Finance, un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les postes financiers. Je m’occupe de deux types de recrutement : les postes temporaires et permanents sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Notre équipe d’experts en finance parle votre langage et évolue au sein de votre secteur d’activité. Nous couvrons des postes en comptabilité, en finance et en paie.

Je recherche un contrôleur financier pour une entreprise du secteur manufacturier. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent, sur site, à Beloeil.

- Oversee the entire accounting cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure the reliability of financial statements
- Prepare, analyze, and comment on financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts and monitor variances
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes
- Analyze production costs (standard costs, margins, variances) and recommend optimizations
- Manage inventory and ensure its valuation
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Support management in strategic decision-making
- Supervise and develop an accounting team

- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting/finance, including experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in cost accounting and production environments
- Excellent financial analysis and synthesis skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Leadership, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments
- Bilingualism (French/English)
