My name is Romane, I'm a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for a Financial Controller for my client in the distribution sector. This is a permanent position in Châteauguay, with a hybrid schedule.
- Overseeing accounting operations for multiple entities.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitoring financial commitments and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborating with financial partners and internal departments.
- Participating in the integration of a new ERP system.
- Managing the budget process and reporting for management.
- Coordinating external audits and tax compliance.
- University degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA designation required.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Mastery of Canadian tax laws (and US tax laws, an asset).
- Bilingualism (French/English) essential for communicating with English-speaking people.
- Leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and ERP AX are assets.
