Your responsibilities:
* Supervise technicians and senior staff
* Review and approve compilation, review, and audit files
* Train and supervise the accounting team
* Participate in firm management (organization, client relations, operational efficiency)
* Support the president on complex mandates and development
* Advance to a partner role in the medium term
Your profile:
* CPA auditor designation required
* 5 to 7 years of experience in a firm, including at least 2 years in supervision
* Strong management and communication skills
* Client focus and business acumen
* Willingness to invest in a long-term entrepreneurial project
