Hello, I'm Hugo, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance and payroll. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.

I'm looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for my client, a downtown law firm. This is a permanent.

Your responsibilities :
- Account for amounts received from clients for payment of their invoices
- Record cashbacks in customer files
- Reconcile corporate credit card and petty cash transactions
- Scan and file supporting documents
- Support department colleagues with billing, accounts payable and trust transactions
- Various tasks related to accounting and/or administration

Your profile :
Do you think this job is for you? This may be the case if you are or have :

- DEC in accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written);
- Experience in a professional services organization is an asset;
- Knowledge of Maître software is also an asset;
- Computer literate (Office Suite);
- Have a positive, results-oriented, solutions-oriented and customer service-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a team while being autonomous, meticulous, rigorous and organized;
- Ability to deliver a high volume of work in a short time;
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
- Motivated by new challenges;
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively;

PROCESS: Initial interview with me, Hugo Lando, Fed Finance Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Manager and the Controller.
