I am Bianka, Team Leader in Recruitment and Business Development at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for an accounts receivable technician for my client, a large pharmaceutical group. This is a hybrid permanent position.

We are looking for a person with training in accounting and 3 to 5 years of experience to work mainly on customer accounts.

The main tasks:
- Accounting for deposits
- Answers to customer questions and basic follow-ups
- Collection of credit card payments
- Updating credit card data
- EDI processing: invoices and account statements
- Credit processing and sending by email
- Assistance with accounts payable
- Bank reconciliation

Required profile

* College diploma (DEC), equivalent, or relevant experience;
* Minimum of five to seven (3 - 5) years of experience in a similar role;
* Bilingualism, both oral and written (French and English);
* EDI experience an asset
* Knowledge of JDE software an asset
