I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position.
* Manage the preparation and execution of payments on a regular basis.
* Track account due dates and maturities.
* Process, file, and record invoices (purchases, transportation, services), reconcile supplier statements, and respond to account-related inquiries.
* Open new supplier accounts and maintain accurate information in the system.
* Record expense reports and track payments related to corporate cards.
* Contribute to monthly closing activities and annual audit exercises.
* College education or equivalent in a field related to management or accounting.
* Several years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel.
* Familiarity with integrated management software (an asset).
* Ability to communicate effectively in French and English in a context involving teams located in different countries.
