I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position.
- Manages all accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Performs routine financial entries as well as bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Collaborates with the finance department on monthly analysis of balance sheet items and preparation of financial reports.
- Provides support to internal teams to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- Contributes to the preparation of the year-end file in coordination with external auditors.
- Ensures compliance with applicable tax obligations.
- University degree in accounting, finance, or administration.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally acquired in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with an ERP system (an asset).
- Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Very good command of French and English, both spoken and written, to ensure communication with contacts outside Quebec.
