I'm looking for an accounting technician for a security company in Saint-Eustache.
Your duties will include :
-Process accounts payable and reconcile documents
-Prepare payments and record disbursements
-Communicate with suppliers
Participate in month-ends and annual closings
-Respond to requests from external auditors
-Reconcile accounts (sales, purchases, bank, etc.)
-Assist with management company bookkeeping
-Contribute to variance analyses and management indicators
-Produce tax reports (GST/QST)
-All other related tasks
Your profile:
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
-Bilingual in French and English, as most suppliers come from other countries
-Good command of Excel (pivot tables)
-Professional experience with Avantage accounting software (an asset)
-Dynamic, organized and autonomous
-Ability to work in a team and communicate easily
