MissionI am looking for a accounting supervisor in the industry of retail.
Your tasks will include:
-Supervising a team of two accountants and ensuring the distribution of tasks.
-Managing the entire accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle.
-Performing bank reconciliations and checking accounting entries.
-Ensuring compliance with accounting processes and deadlines.
-Monitoring aging reports and chasing up late payments.
-Actively participating in monthly closings.
-Collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Your profile:
-3 to 5 years of experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment
-Experience in SMEs or franchise networks (an asset)
-2-3 years of team management experience
-Dynamic, operationally oriented
-Computer literate, fast execution (QuickBooks Online, an asset)
-Bilingual (French/English) to communicate with customers and suppliers in other Canadian provinces
